Eligibility for Refunds

  • Only brand new, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or shows signs of wear cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
